Isotope-enabled modeling & hydraulic redistribution

Ramona joined Isodrones in 2024 - right after finishing her MSc at TU Braunschweig. Having modelled the mortality risk of trees in lower Saxony, Ramona was a perfect candidate to join Isodrones. When we got the funding for H4Res, where we aim to model the impacts of hydraulic redistribution of water through roots, a perfect project was found. Ramona will be using isotope-enabled models in order to quantify and predict water fluxes in forest ecosystems.
